Disclaimer: We offer a free trial so you can evaluate the platform, its reports, and their accuracy for your business before subscribing. Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. Introduction

At Profecom (“Profecom”, “we”, “us” or “our”), we believe in keeping our billing process as clear and transparent as the profit and loss reports we generate for you. This Payment & Refund Policy explains how we handle subscription fees, renewals and refunds for our platform at https://profecom.in/. By subscribing to Profecom, you agree to the billing terms set out below.

1. Subscription Fees and Taxes

Your use of the Services requires payment of the subscription fee applicable to the pricing plan you select.

Taxes: Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees displayed on our pricing page are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). The applicable GST will be calculated and added to your total at checkout and reflected on your invoice. You are also responsible for any other taxes or government levies associated with your use of the Services.

Pricing changes: We may update our pricing plans from time to time. If we change the pricing of your current plan, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before your next renewal date. Pricing changes will not apply retrospectively to a period you have already paid for.

We keep you in full control of your payments. Profecom does not automatically store your card details to auto-renew your subscription. At the end of your current billing period, your access to paid features will be paused unless you actively choose to renew.

To continue using the Services, you must log into your account, select your plan, and complete payment of the applicable subscription fee.

Because we offer a free trial period for you to fully evaluate the platform, its features, and its suitability for your business before committing to any paid plan, all subscription fees paid to Profecom are strictly non-refundable, and this decision is final. By making payment, you acknowledge that you had the opportunity to evaluate the Services during the free trial and that you are voluntarily choosing to subscribe. Once a payment has been successfully debited and your subscription period has commenced, we do not provide refunds, credits, exchanges or prorated adjustments under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Any exception to this policy, if granted, shall be entirely at Profecom's sole and absolute discretion, on a goodwill basis, and shall not create any precedent or obligation for future cases.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, and to take any lawful steps necessary to recover the disputed amount, including engaging collection processes and pursuing legal remedies. We encourage you to contact our support team first at info@profecom.in to resolve any billing concern before raising a dispute with your bank.

6. Account Termination and Refunds

Termination by you: You may stop using Profecom at any time by simply not renewing your subscription. No refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of your active term.

Termination for cause: If we suspend or terminate your account due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions, non-payment, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abusive/threatening/harassing behaviour toward our team, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription, and this decision shall be at our sole discretion.

We use trusted, industry-standard third-party payment gateways to process all transactions securely.

If you notice a technical billing error — such as a duplicate charge due to a network/gateway timeout — or have any question about your invoice, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue with our payment gateway partner.
